Review some of our custom applications:
Accelerated
Stress Test Chambers
Chambers are designed for fast product temperature change
rates. These chambers are typically designed to cycle between
70°C to -20°C at a rate up to 30°C per minute
based upon the part temperature. These test chambers are
also referred to as Environmental Stress Screening Chambers,
HALT or HAST test chambers.
Environmental Chambers
for Battery Testing
CSZ offers a large selection of battery test chambers
for testing batteries of any size from small battery cells
to large lithium ion battery packs. Our proven experience
provides the most cost-effective solutions. Temperatures
range from -73°C to 190°C with optional humidity
from 10% to 98%. Sizes are available from small benchtop
units, reach-in chambers and large walk-in rooms.
Liquid
Calibration Baths
Designed for calibration of temperature control devices
that contain hazardous or corrosive fluids. Meets Class
1, Division 1 requirements for operation in a hazardous
environment.
Environmental
Conditioning Unit
This custom-designed unit is made to act as a temperature
and humidity control device integrated with, and enclosed
inside of a printing press.
Freeze
Thaw Environmental Chambers
Concrete samples are soaked in water, frozen, and thawed
to determine the structural integrity of the concrete. Primarily
used to meet DOT ASTM specifications. Also utilized in other
applications.
Fuel
Tank Test Chamber
With four, custom-sized access doors, this walk-in test
chamber is combined with a liquid chilling system and a
storage tank that are cooled by one refrigeration system
for testing multiple fuel tanks.
Liquid
Baths & Multi-Liquid Baths
Provide many constant temperature environments in a single
unit.
Process
Gas Condenser
Extracts usable or non-desired substances out of gas stream
by condensing to a liquid.
Rain/Ice
Test Chamber
Provides an environment to test insulating values and weight
support of a product that may be used in an outdoor environment
with rain and ice.
Sand
and Dust Test Chambers
Provides an environment to test the exposure of automotive
and electronic components to concentrated levels of dust
in order to validate the seal integrity of a product.
Solar
Panel Testing Chamber
Test chambers for testing various size photovoltaic modules
and solar panel testing. These chambers are designed for
temperature and humidity cycling along with the ability
to meet the humidity freeze test and aspects of test standard
IEC 61646.
Tensile Test Chamber
These test chambers expose materials to temperature and/or
humidity environments while interfacing with a variety of
destructive and nondestructive test equipment.
Wire
Tester
These chambers are used for stressing materials used in
the manufacturing of wire coatings and hoses. Cold bend
specifications require exposure and bending of material.
Other Custom-Designed Environmental Testing Chambers
Temperature cycling units may be designed to interface with
your equipment. For example, automated conveyors for use in
the manufacturing process.
Test Stand & Fixtures
Custom product test stands and fixtures, such as product racks
and slide-out shelves, are designed for optimum airflow around
your product and can be manufactured for literally any environment.
Ultra High Temperatures
High temperature chambers (up to 1000°F), requiring special
construction and attention to detail are possible at CSZ.
Ultra Low Temperatures
Temperatures of -120°F are standard with mechanical cascade
refrigeration and -300°F is attainable with LN2.
Explosion-Proof Test Chambers
CSZ can provide a full range of explosion-proof chambers to
qualify for Class I or II, Group D, Div. I. |
