Solar Panel Testing

As companies build new solar plants and expand existing facilities, rigorous environmental tests are essential to ensure solar panels meet industry standards and safety requirements. Solar panels, commonly used on residential rooftops, solar farms, and satellites, face changing temperatures, inclement weather, and humidity fluctuations.

Manufacturers use specialized test chambers to replicate extreme conditions, validating durability and performance. This testing provides valuable data on expected performance over time, ensuring reliability.

We provide test chambers specifically designed for solar panel testing of various-sized photovoltaic modules and solar panels. Chambers are designed to meet solar panel test specifications including IEC, UL, and ASTM. These tests include temperature cycling, damp heat, and humidity freezing. Testing solar panels in a CSZ environmental chamber can aid in qualifying that the solar panels are robust and reliable enough to withstand the environment.
